Full Service Display House - Our “One Stop” shop enables us to design virtually any display you need and we can fabricate it out of a variety of materials such as plastic, wood, metal and cardboard.
In House Design Department - Most companies outsource this function where we do not. We offer both mechanical design and graphic designs for displays as well as screen printing. Our in house design department allows us to quickly develop first prototypes for your review and approval. This is part of the reason we have best in industry lead times on custom displays.
Variety of Materials Available - Acrylic, styrene, wood, cardboard, glass and metal are the main staples of display fabrication. Cost and configuration requirements determine the best choice of material for your display application.
Custom Screen Printing On All Substrates - We can print on any substrate. We print directly on the display and/or signs and also onto garments and other items including but not limited to t-shirts, golf shirts, sweatshirts, duffel bags banners and more.
Embroidery - We offer embroidery services for either direct stitch or patches.
Interior/Exterior Signs Permanent or Temporary - we make thousands of different signs every year both for indoor and outdoor applications. We produce temporary or permanent display signs.
Decals, Bumper Stickers And Banners - We make bumper stickers for organizations, charity groups, companies, promotions, special occasions and more. Materials vary from plastic sheet stock to simple cardboard.
Custom In-House Die Cutting - This option allows us to quickly shape and cut a wide assortment of materials to your specifications and display requirements. Our in-house die cutting capabilities give us the ability to meet the most exacting tolerances as well as maintain reliable production schedules.
Complete Plastic Fabrication - Our fabrication shop allows us to quickly and efficiently manufacture the various components required to build a display. This coupled with our assembly line enables us to accommodate any size display in any quantity with industry leading delivery times and high quality.
CNC Capabilities - We offer CNC services to assist in the high volume production and exacting tolerances required in the display industry today. From drilling and shaping to engraving and slotting we can handle it. We also offer laser etching services for plaques and signs.
Woodworking - Classis Display has a full service woodshop and can take the material from rough to complete finish in short lead times. We are capable or building high quality, cost effective displays, fixtures and racks to display a wide variety of products from food to clothing.
Custom Lamination - We have a custom lamination department and we can provide you with that additional eye catching edge for your display, adding quality and upgrading the appearance of your display. Laminated displays are custom built for applications in department stores, restaurants, banks, hotel lobbies, and more.
Vacuum Forming - A cost efficient way to quickly shape thin plastic to a specific shape and this is just another of our services that we offer our customers.
Bulk Packaging And Custom Packaging - Shipping products can be a rough-and-tumble venture. We use a variety of bulk and custom packaging products and techniques to help you protect your products – no matter how demanding your shipping requirements are.
